2. Name what hurts.
Think honestly about the unresolved issues, wounds, memories, or resentments you are still carrying.
3. Place it inside.
Imagine putting all of that heaviness into the balloon. Let the balloon hold what your heart no longer needs to carry.
4. Let it go.
Release it and say it with intention: Adiós resentimientos. Goodbye, resentments.
